Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a reliable courier with standard shipping and keeping your tracking receipt until your return is confirmed.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. This includes the transit time it takes for the item to reach our warehouse.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags still attached.

  • Products with any strong odors, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Hygiene products such as underwear and socks are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • To request a size exchange, please mention the desired size clearly in your email.

  • A Rs. 250 exchange processing fee applies (including during sales).

  • Exchanges are processed using standard delivery.

  • You may exchange only up to the original value of your purchased item(s).

  • All exchange items must pass our return inspection.

Faulty Items

  • If you believe your product is defective, email us at info@shop.stins with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault

  • Faulty product claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Issues reported after this window may be considered wear and tear and could be ineligible for return.

  • Not all faulty items need to be returned—we will assess on a case-by-case basis and inform you accordingly.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Returns remain your responsibility until received and processed at our facility.

  • Once inspected and approved, we’ll update you on the next steps: whether it's a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased during sales or clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Processing time for returns is typically 2 to 4 business days after receiving your parcel.
